Research. My current research projects focus on leadership, functional stupidity in organizations and experiences of bureaucracy and managerial work in universities. My research interests include critical theory, gender, power, management of professional service (knowledge intensive) organizations, leadership, identity, organizational image, Lund University’s Mats Alvesson, Martin Blom and Stefan Sveningsson offer a different take on leadership. Their leadership theory proposes that organizations don’t always need leaders.
